Review of The Cat's Pajamas Haiku Cat Flannel Nightshirt

This is the second time I have bought from the Cat's Pajamas.The designs are attractive (especially the ones with cats), the products are high quality, and they are made in the USA, not imported.I ordered this gown in a small, which is my usual size, but I found that this item runs large.However, it will shrink a some in the wash.The colors are bright, and the detail on the cats is very nice.

There are buttons down the entire front, and I will most likely wear this as a warm shirt over jeans at home, or as a light flannel robe, although it will clearly make a fine night shirt.The shirt is high quality, so I am sure I will wear it for several years, but it is nice enough that I am already thinking of the ways I will "remodel" it when I finally wear it out.

If you like cats, flannel, or US-manufactured clothes, you will like this.It will also make a great gift for any cat lovers you know.

I bought two pairs of these for the lady of the house recently. One was indigo rinse, the other medium rinse. (The lady doesn't like those flashy pre-worn, pre-faded styles.) Here is her report:

Although both pairs of these jeans were ordered and shipped at the same time, the (darker colored) indigo rinse pair was made of thin, summerweight fabric; the (lighter-colored) medium rinse pair was a standard jeans weight, suitable for this time of year. Summer will come again, and both pairs are useful, but the disparity in the fabrics should have been noted in the description.

These jeans do not have the same slim cut as a pair bought at the mall earlier this year. When laid under the older jeans, these legs show a straight-line cut from the hip to the hem (with more room in the upper leg area) when compared with the earlier cut, which was slightly tapered to the knee area.

Also, the distinctive Levi's red-printed label has been replaced with a quieter brown-on-tan version, and the traditional Levi's copper-colored rivets have been toned down to an antique brass-colored finish.

The "slimming panel" (fabric of the pockets extended across the interior front part of the jeans) remains the same.

Conclusion: Levi's jeans remain iconic, but this version seems to have had a few revisions lately.

I went to the website where this coat came from (Luxury Lane) and I got this coat at a fantastic price!It is fully lined and generously cut.However, I find the snap closure a bit unusual, and the fleece (supposed to look like faux wool) reduced from the overall intent of the clothing design.I still like it very much, but wouldn't have spent $170 that the original website was selling it for.I got it for $50, and that is more like it.It is a great color, and I will get many years of wear out of it.

I adore the design of this shirt.It fits well, it sits well, and it goes well with dang near everything.

I despise, however, the material this shirt is cut from.The shirt (at least the cream version) is far, *far* more sheer than what is shown in these photos - there is absolutely no way I can wear this without some sort of undershirt.The undershirt ends up doing double-duty, because in addition to having all the modesty of a wet T-shirt, the fabric is also extremely coarse and scratchy.And as if all that weren't enough, it rips at the drop of a hat.

That said, I'm glad I purchased this shirt - if only because I'm taking it apart to make a pattern for a new and improved one.Heavy weight silk, anyone?

This was the second suit I picked up for my vacation.I chose this suit in black and it fit very well.The shaping material did a nice job of shaping my waist.The skirt on this suit was long enough to cover my thighs and behind well, but still short enough to be sassy.The only issue I had was the neckline.It is very low, and I have a large chest, so I had to safety pin it.This helped a lot, but the safety pin made the suit look cheap, so I am going to add a small hook-and-eye closure on the inside of the suit.

If you're going for the look in this picture good luck.The "sashes" cross but when you tie them back behind your neck it creates a gap in the cross and does not stay as it shows in this photo. I first bought this bra at Wal-Mart and wasn't really sure how it would turn out. I LOVE IT! It fits me like the Cacique Bra I wear. It has underwire and padding. It gives the lift I need front and center. The elastic throughout the entire bra is a reinforced type elastic (very strong). The bra holds it's shape ALL day and does not get stretched out after a couple of hours of wear. It is an all day bra. Also, it has a satin outer layer so your clothing just glides off it and doesn't stick to the bra when you move like a cotton shirt will sometimes cling to a cotton bra. Aslo, it was $15 at Wal-Mart. Very disappointed in these sweat pants by Hanes. I had originally ordered a size Medium in Misses size since that is what the tag reads in my older pair I was needing to replace. Those were so small I couldn't even get them over my hips! So,I looked at Hane's size Chart and decided I needed a Medium size in Womens. So,I returned the Medium size pants and ordered the same in Med.W size. These pants are so large on me they come up a good seven inches above my waist, drag three inches on the floor and I could easily get both legs into one!! But I didn't want to return another pair so washed them in the hottest water I could and dried them on high thinking this would shrink them really good....NO!!! I hate these pants but they are mine now I'll have to live with them. Never again!

I have never been able to find a bra that fit right in stores and when my sister told me about these bras, I was super excited.I am size US 30H (or a UK 30FF) which no one around me carries.I ordered this bra knowing that it didn't have any padding or anything to shape you, but I read it was still very supportive, so I thought I'd give it a try.Fit wise it was great. It did support me, but I hated the shape it gave me.I apparently need a molded cup, but this could work for someone who doesn't like that.I thought they looked a little pointy and they were too far apart. It seemed as though it held them more to the side and made me look wider than I am.It didn't show under low cut shirts (a huge plus), but I had absolutely no cleavage.It was all chest, with one girl to the left and one to the right.Not the most flattering look to me.The material was a little scratchy, but nothing I couldn't have dealt with had the look been right.It also felt like the underwire near the armpits is a little uncomfortable, but again that may have gotten better with time.Also, since the bra has a design embroidered all over it, it wouldn't be the best for under thinner shirtss I ended up returning it and ordered the Fantasie Smoothing t-shirt bra Fantasie Smoothing t-shirt bra, which I love and was everything I was looking for when I had bought the Panache.I also recommend ordering from HerRoomover Breakout Bras.They were very quick with shipping and I had no problems returning the Panache bra to them.

Review of Playtex Women's 18 Hour Original Comfort Strap Bra #4693

I have memorized the model number of 4693 - a bra built for human females. The wide straps are awesome... they are tapered in such a way that they don't look like industrial strength suspenders, but they stay in place and don't flip over or cut grooves into your shoulders.
These bras do not have underwires - which means they don't get mangled in the washing machine or poke through. I have been buying this model number for almost 10 years now. Each bra has lasted me for almost 5 years with weekly washings in the washing machine and clothes dryer.
During their productive life span, they do not falter in support or comfort. I've never had a problem with hooks or eyes coming off the fasteners, or loose threads coming off after a wash.
Like any elastic garment, however, it will not last forever when you wash and dry all the time. Some people hand wash their bras and line dry them - I'm sure they would last much longer if I did this - but I just don't make the time to go through that effort.
The straps have a tiny amount of tapered padding that also helps in the comfort arena. When they call this an 18-hour bra, they are not kidding. I have had a number of situations at work where I have had to stay late - sometimes stay at work for a 24-hour shift now and then. This seller, "In the Mood Intimates," is highly disreputable. I bought a matched bra and panty set, same color, as a gift. The bra was at a great sale price, the matching panty was at full price. The total, in excess of $100, qualified me for a $10 discount and free shipping.
Twelve (12) days after receiving my credit card remittance, they shipped me the panty only, with no explanation as to the missing bra. Over the next three days, I left eleven (11) detailed voice mail messages with In the Mood Intimates, receiving no response. Finally, another nine (9) days later, I received an e-Mail asserting that they no longer had the bra in stock, and indicating their refusal to accept a return of the panty (even though its packaging is unopened) owing to the nature of the item.
Meanwhile, they have charged me for shipping and taken away the $10 discount.
These people are dishonest. Stay away from them.

This bra has everything.It's very supportive, great uplift, and super comfortable even for large-cup sizes because of the wide straps.The straps are elastic in the back, and if you prefer a rigid strap for uplift, you may not like the stretchiness and flexibility of the elastic--but you can certainly adjust the straps as needed.The lace trim is very pretty (though it may show through a tee or other knit garments), but is strong and long-lasting.This is my everyday bra.Despite running them through the washing machine (delicate cycle, hang to dry)and using them as workout bras, I have never had an underwire pop through the seam.Runs true to size for the full-figured.Worth the price.

Review of Lunaire Bra, Sevilla Scroll Embroidered Demi

I am a 38DDD and I love this bra for being lacy, completely designed to be looked at and still coming in my size.Additionally for a completely visual bra it gives lots of support.I have never tried working out in this, because duh look at it - not what its meant for.However running a few blocks and other bumpy activities went more smoothly in this than I imagined.This bra works well with a fairly active lifestyle.

As you might imagine the lace on this bra will show through as a slightly lumpy surface on many shirts.That is the big drawback with this bra.It does do a good job of shaping, so it looks good with the maybe 30 percent of my shirts that the lace doesn't show through on.I have worn it hiking and it gives enough support that you can do alot of activities in it - if you have the shirt to keep it looking smooth.

One warning:Amazon is not showing the full color selection for this bra.There are two seperate listings for it, so if you want a color that isn't shown here then try doing another search to find that page too.Even so the bra I have is black and red and I only got it about 4 months ago, so it should be available.That color isn't listed on eigther listing, and yet I know it exists - This bra comes in more colors that they are selling here.And they still have a big selection here - this is good for news for sizes that typically have a choice of black or white.

Overall this is an excellent bra for plus sizes.If you like the style and look, then trust me it is comfortable and give lots of support.The higher cost is worth it for a good fit and a style you like (assuming you like the style).Also this bra has a fabulous selection of colors - for all sizes (even more colors are available than are shown here).Keep in mind that this is not the most practical bra, only because the texture of the lace will show through many shirts.This bra is more meant to be worn shirtless and it looks good like that.

Although, I'm a C-cup in European sizes, I ordered this in an A/B, mainly because I had no idea what size am I, in US sizes. I tried out lots of size conversion sites but they weren't much help. I got different results everytime. Anyways, the A/B sized pads were fine. I got minimal cleave whilst using them. That said, I wasn't overly impressed nor was I greatly dissapointed. If anything, I'm indifferent either way. I would've rated them as a 2.5 stars but the half-star isn't an option so I gave them 3 stars instead.

I probably have this bra in about 5 different colors, and its super comfortable. Its very supportive, it lifts and separates so to say. The great thing about Freya is that it makes a wide range of bras for girls who are large breasted but narrow chested ie. 32G. Not all girls who are large chested are over 36 in the chest area. The only negative about the bra is the ribbon at times can be seen through thin shirts and if its cold outside, well it shows because the mesh the bra is made of is thin. Despite both of those I would get the bra again in a heartbeat.
