This top is absolutely horrible since the quality is so poor.I cannot deal with this company since I have to email them over and over, and they respond, but only to state, "your money will be refunded in six weeks", but never is.I have now purchased three items from Newport News, returned all three due to very poor quality, and had to email at least 10 times with no refund.I am still waiting for refunds on all items and they were purchased in April, '09.I had to report them to the BBB, and hope they will be listed as one of the worst companies to do business with.I can only hope.I am out over $150 due to their poor business practices.They also refuse to honor emails offering promotions on merchandise, and I was charged "twice" two different prices for one suit.In their email they responded that they never offered promotions at the time I made my purchase.I forwarded all 21 emails offering a 30% off promotion during that two month period, and then they never emailed me again.Don't go here unless you absolutely think you want the item.Learned my lesson the hard way.Click Here to see more reviews about: Newport News Floral-print blouse with sash belt
