I got a pack of these at Target (in different packaging), but I have also seen them at Walmart. They are wonderful! They are fancy safety pins that pin onto the shoulder seam of your garment, they have a clip on one side where you slip in your bra strap (and/or your undershirt strap- I layer spaghetti straps under my low tees).
The key is to use them properly. For me, that means pinning it on the end above my shoulder and away from my neck. That seems to be the way that causes minimal shirt scrunching. Remember to pin it on before you put on your shirt!
It's simple!
1. Pick out your top
2. Pin it on the inside seam of both sides of your top
3. Put on your top
4. Slide in the straps!
Take a little time the first time to see where you like it... I have no problem with it being visible after I put it on, no problem with the weight of my purse on top of my shoulder (the pin should fall to one side, no worries of it getting pushed back open). Does not work with really thin tank top straps (will be visible, peek out from underneath), but it should say that on the back of the packaging. [...]
